Jose María Obtained his Law Degree in Madrid, C.E.U. SAN PABLO in 1985 and began to practice as a lawyer at the Madrid Bar Association in February 1986. Master in Legal and Tax Advice for Construction and Real Estate Companies (September 1990-June 1991).

He has developed most of his professional career in private companies, within the Construction and Real Estate Sector, in international companies such as Dragados y Construcciones S.A., Inmobiliaria Urbis S.A. and Reyal Urbis S.A., performing legal and contractual advisory functions, both nationally and internationally, as well as in large projects of Public Works concessions in Europe and America, in consortiums of companies at national and international level.

In his professional career, he has had the opportunity to work on matters and clients of a very diverse nature, with special reference to matters of Commercial Law, Public Law, Administrative, International, Litigation and Arbitration. In the development of his activity, he has been Secretary of the Board of Directors of various companies in the Real Estate and Construction field

He has collaborated in company restructuring and bankruptcy processes and has also been a speaker in various courses in both Public and Private Institutions, on matters related mainly to the Construction Sector.
